According to Motor Trend, the ATS-V+ will be powered by the same 7.0L LS7 V8 as the Chevy Camaro Z/28 and the last-generation Corvette Z06. The naturally-aspirated V8 generates 505 horsepower and 481 lb-ft. of torque in the Camaro Z/28. It’s not known if the engine could get some upgrades to squeeze out a bit more power.

We could see the ATS-V+ debut as early as this fall at the Los Angeles Auto Show or next January in Detroit.
