2016 VW Jetta GLI gets a bit more aggressive

VW has revealed the 2016 Jetta GLI, which is kinda a sedan version of the much loved GTI. It’s powered by the same 210-hp 2.0L turbocharged engine as the GTI and now for the 2016 model year, the Jetta GLI gets more aggressive styling and a few other updates.

VW has revealed the 2016 Jetta GLI, which is kinda a sedan version of the much loved GTI. It’s powered by the same 210-hp 2.0L turbocharged engine as the GTI and now for the 2016 model year, the Jetta GLI gets more aggressive styling and a few other updates.
The 2016 Jetta GLI’s gets an updated, more aggressive front fascia that incorporates a honeycomb grille and fog lights. The rear gets a new bumper that has a diffuser and chrome-tipped exhausts. Lastly the Jetta GLI rides on 18-inch Mallory aluminum-alloy wheels.

Inside, 2016 GLI gets the new MIB 2 infotainment system that incorporates the full suite of USB and Car-Net connectivity. A new standard feature on the 2016 Jetta GLI is Volkswagen’s Automatic Post-Collision Braking system, which automatically applies the brakes after a collision to prevent any additional collisions.
