The front and rear of the 2016 Accord Coupe has been restyled with a new grille and restyled headlights and taillights. There’s also more LED lighting with all trim levels getting LED taillights and the new Touring Coupe getting LED headlights. There are also new LED daytime running lights on every model, but the base trim level. All trim levels also get new wheels.
Inside the updates are smaller with a new glossy piano black trim for the Couple LX-S and a new meter design. The dashboard has also been updated with a new 7-inch Display that will support Android Auto and Apply CarPlay.
Honda decided to not update the 2016 Accord’s engines, which continue as the 185-hp 2.4L four-cylinder and the 278-hp 3.5L V6. The four-cylinder can be mated to either a six-speed manual or CVT, while the V6 either gets a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. There are some updates under the skin, that includes an updated chassis, a retuned electric power steering system and larger brakes on the Touring version.
