Ford has released a teaser of the 2016 Ford Focus RS, which is going to be officially unveiled on February 3. The high-performance Focus RS will go head-to-head with other powerful compacts, like the VW Golf R and Subaru WRX STI.
Ford hasn’t revealed what will power the Focus RS, but it’s been rumored that it will use the same turbocharged 2.3L four-cylinder as the Mustang. We can expect its stats to be somewhere around 310 horsepower and 320 lb-ft. of torque, which will be sent to all four wheels.

The good news is that the Focus RS will be sold in the U.S. as part of Ford’s plan to release more than 12 new performance vehicles by 2020.
