2016 Ford F-150 Limited is Ford's most luxurious truck – ever

Ford has unveiled the 2016 F-150 Limited, which it says is its most advanced and luxurious truck ever. Ford also claims that it has more standard technology and driver convenience features than any other competitor.

Ford has unveiled the 2016 F-150 Limited, which it says is its most advanced and luxurious truck ever. Ford also claims that it has more standard technology and driver convenience features than any other competitor.
Designed to meet the growing number of buyers looking for even more luxurious trucks, the F-150 Limited will compete with the Ram 1500 Laramie Limited for the crown. The F-150 Limited now sits at the top of the F-150 lineup, above the existing Lariat, the Western-themed King Ranch and the Platinum edition models.

The F-150 Limited gets exclusive 22-inch wheels, raised dimensional LIMITED lettering on the hood, a unique grille and a satin-finished chrome badge on the tailgate. The front and rear bumpers have also been tweaked and the door handles are now satin-chrome. Available colors include Shadow Black, Magnetic, Blue Jeans and White Platinum Metallic.

Inside it comes standard with heated and cooled black and Mojave leather front seats that also have a massaging function. The rear seats are heated. Other unique features includes a VIN plate on the center console lid including production number, unique front and rear floor mats, unique instrument cluster face, genuine fiddleback eucalyptus, and aluminum interior accents.

It also comes standard wtih BLIS cross-traffic alert, a panoramic vista roof, power-deployable running boards, quad-beam LED headlamps, remote start and tailgate release, as well as an integrated trailer brake controller come standard. A technology package includes a lane-keeping system, 360-degree camera system and dynamic trailer hitch assist.

The F-150 Limited is powered by the 3.5L EcoBoost V6 that packs 365 horsepower and 420 lb-ft. of torque. It will go on sale next winter.
