Based on the revised 2015 Challenger, the Challenger SRT Hellcat’s V8 puts out “over 600 horsepower,” but we’ll have to wait a bit longer to get the official specs, since they aren’t finalized yet. The V8 can be mated to either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic. There are also new Drive Modes: Sport, Track and Default in addition to a custom mode that allows the driver to manually set the drive settings.

The 2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat also comes with two key fobs – red and black. If you want to unlock all the power the SRT Hellcat can deliver you will need to use the red key, while the black key fob limits the driver to a reduced engine output.
The SRT Hellcat will stand out from the lesser powered SRT with a unique hood with a functional air scoop and a pair of air extractors and “supercharged” badges on the fenders.
The SRT Hellcat will arrive in the third quarter of this year and will be sold alongside the 485-hp Challenger SRT.
