Ford has announced that it has officially started taking orders for the 2015 Ford Mustang, which starts at $24,425.

Ford has announced that it has officially started taking orders for the 2015 Ford Mustang. With that announcement we also have learned that the base 2015 Mustang with the 3.7L V6 will start at $24,425.
The 2015 Mustang will be available with three powertrains when it launches:

3.7-liter V6, producing more than 300 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque

2.3-liter EcoBoost, producing more than 305 horsepower and 300 lb.-ft. of torque

5.0-liter V8, generating more than 420 horsepower and 390 lb.-ft. of torque

Compared to the current Mustang, the 2015 Mustang is $1,090 more expensive, but it’s the price you have to pay for the all-new platform with its independent rear suspension. The 2015 Mustang comes standard with HID headlights, rear view camera and Ford SYNC system.

The 2015 Mustang will arrive this fall.
