Chevy has unveiled the 2015 Chevy Colorado midsize pickup, which is going to arrive next fall. Compared to the Colorado that is sold in markets outside the U.S., the U.S.-spec Colorado gets some design updates with a bolder face, comfort and connectivity features and is offered with either a four-cylinder or V6 engine.
The 2015 Colorado will be offered in extended cab model with a 6-foot bed, a crew cab with a 5-foot bed and a crew cab with a 6-foot bed configurations. Buyers can choose between a 193-hp 2.5L four-cylinder or a 302 horsepower 3.6L V6. Both engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
Inside the Colorado will be offered with an eight-inch touch screen, GM’s Onstar and MyLink connectivity systems and a navigation system. It also gets new safety technology like forward collision alert and lane departure warning.
The 2015 Colorado will be offered in WT, LT and Z71 trims and in addition to the four and six-cyl options, buyers can also choose between 2WD and 4WD versions.
