The Volvo XC90 has been around since 2002 and even though it’s quite an old SUV, it just earned the Top Safety Pick+ rating from the IIHS. Volvo hasn’t changed the basic design of the XC90 since it was introduced over 10 years ago, but it still managed to earn the top rating that many newer SUVs still can’t get.
The next XC90 is going to arrive at the end of next year and it’s being reported that a hybrid version will also be offered.
