Although VW hasn’t revealed the production version of the New Midsize Coupe concept, but a few photos have now surfaced of the yet to be named production model.
This month at the Beijing Motor Show, VW showed off the New Midsize Coupe concept (NMC), which is based on the Jetta, that is supposed to be a more coupe-like model. Although VW hasn’t revealed the production version, a few photos have now surfaced of the yet to be named production model.
Overall the production version will remain very close to the concept, with only a few styling bits being toned down. According to reports, it will officially be unveiled later this year before going on sale in China. Unfortunately the same reports also stated that the NMC will only be offered in China, while other markets like Europe and maybe even North America will have to wait until 2016 when a similar version based on the next-gen Jetta arrives.
