Last weekend VW unveiled the New Midsize Coupe (NMC) concept at the Beijing Motor Show and now it’s already being reported that the concept has been given the green light for production.
The concept is based on the VW Jetta, but has a sportier more coupe-like exterior like the CC, which is based on the Passat. It’s expected that the yet to be named production version will look nearly identical to the concept, but with more production friendly headlights and taillights. The interior is also expected to remain very close to the concept and it will only have room for four passengers.
