Volvo may produce the sexy Concept Coupe.
The Volvo Concept Coupe was one of the big surprises at the Frankfurt Motor Show this month. When it was unveiled Volvo said it was simply a design study, but now it’s being reported that it could enter production.
According to Autobild, the response to the concept was overwhelmingly positive, so now Volvo is currently deciding if it should be produced. The Concept Coupe paid tribute to the classic Volvo P1800 from the 1960’s and wowed the crowds at the show with its sexy and classic lines.
If it is produced a decision is likely to come next year. Will it feature the same supercharged and turbocharged hybrid powertrain as the concept? Stay tuned…
