This isn’t the first time that we’ve heard production rumors, but unfortunately VW has yet to officially confirm any of the reports. The latest report suggests that the Golf R 400 will retain many of the styling cues from the concept that debuted earlier this year.

The best part is that it will be powered by a 2.0L turbocharged engine with somewhere around 400-420 horsepower.
