Nissan has unveiled the updated 2015 Nissan Versa sedan, which is going to debut next week at the New York Auto Show. The 2015 Versa sedan gets several updates including new front and rear fascias, a range of interior refinements, and new grade level and packaging content.
The biggest of all the changes is the front fascia, which now has larger headlights and an updated bumper with standard chrome plating on the grille. Nissan says the updated face on the Versa sedan brings it closer to the other Nissan sedans – Sentra, Altima and Maxima. Other exterior updates include a new fog light finisher design, new side mirror designs for SV and SL trim level and a more dynamic rear fascia design.
Inside the 2015 Versa sedan gets a new steering wheel and a revised LED meter display. Nissan says that the interior of the 2015 Versa sedan has a higher quality look and feel.
Under the hood the Versa sedan is powered by a 1.6L four-cylinder with 109 horsepower and 107 lb-ft. of torque. There are still three transmissions available: a 5-speed manual transmission or 4-speed automatic (on base S models only), or a CVT transmission. With the CVT, the Versa sedan is rated at 31 mpg city and 40 mpg on the highway.
