Toyota has announced the pricing for the 2021 RAV4 Prime plug-in hybrid, which is going to arrive this summer. The RAV4 Prime starts at $39,220, including the $1,120 destination fee.

The Toyota RAV4 Prime is powered by a plug-in hybrid powertrain that generates a combined 302 horsepower, which gives it a 0-60 mph time of 5.7 seconds. That spec makes the RAV4 Prime the quickest four-door model in Toyota’s lineup.

The RAV4 Prime also can travel up to 42 miles in electric mode and has an estimated 94 MPGe combined rating.

The 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime will be offered in two trim levels: SE and XSE. The SE trim level comes standard with heated front seats, an 8-way power driver’s seat, a 7-inch multi-information display, blind spot monitor, an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 3 kW on-board charger.

The RAV4 Prime XSE starts at $42,545 and it adds 19-inch wheels, LED accent lights, paddle shifters, a moonroof, a wireless phone charger, a 9-inch touchscreen and SofTex seats.

The RAV4 Prime is also eligible for a $7,500 federal tax credit and other state incentives.
