Compared to the original concept, the racing version is more aggressive thanks to wide flared fenders, new hood vents and the carbon fiber front and rear spoilers. Toyota isn’t telling us what’s under the hood, but there is a rumor that the production version of the S-FR will be powered by a 1.2L turbocharged three-cylinder engine. There’s also another rumor that says that the tiny coupe will get a naturally aspirated 1.5L four-cylinder.

It is being reported that a production version is going to go on sale sometime next year and if it does arrive in the U.S. we can expect it to wear a Scion badge.
