Tesla hasn’t announced why production of the Tesla Semi has been pushed back again. There’s a chance that the delay has something to do with the fact that Tesla planned to build the Semi near the Reno Gigafactory. Or the delay may have to deal with the need to shit priorities to a different vehicle, like the new Model Y.

Pricing for the Tesla Semi starts at $150,000 for the 300-mile version and $180,000 for the 500-mile version. There’s also a Founders Edition that is priced at $200,000.
