Here’s some good news for Tesla buyers that have been waiting for a cheaper Model Y to arrive. The Tesla Model Y Standard Range is now available, which drops the starting price down to $41,990 before any taxes and fees.

Thats a big price difference from the Model Y Long Range, which starts at $49,990. The Model Y Standard Range has an estimated 244 mile driving range compared to 326 miles that you get with the Long Range version. There are a few options you can add, like 20-inch wheels ($2,000), a tow hitch ($1,000) and the Autopilot self-driving system ($10,000).

Buyers can also add a third row of seats to give the Model Y seven seats for $3,000.

As of today, if you order the Model Y Standard Range, Tesla says that it will take 2-5 weeks for delivery.
