Subaru is going to unveil the production ready version of the BRZ sports coupe at the Tokyo Motor Show later this month. To get us ready for the unveiling Subaru has released the teaser you see here.
Subaru gave us an official preview of the BRZ with the BRZ STI concept that is going to debut next week at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The teaser that Subaru has released for the production version of the BRZ reveals that the BRZ is going to get round fog lights instead of the rectangular versions that the concept uses. The grille is also slightly different than the concept.
The BRZ will be powered by a 2.0L boxer engine with direct injection technology. It has a square bore and stroke of 86 by 86 mm and could put out around 300 horsepower. The engine will be mated to either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission
