Subaru hasn’t released any big details, but we do know that the new Impreza will be based on Subaru’s new Global Platform, which will be used by all of Subaru’s new models. Compared to the outgoing Impreza, the 2017 Impreza sedan is 1.6-inches longer with most of that extra length going between the wheels. The Impreza sedan will also look a bit sportier since its height has been reduced by 0.4-inches.
Under the hood, the Impreza will be powered by a flat-four engine. Stay tuned for the rest of the details.
