It’s being reported that Scion is going to reveal the production version of the CH-R concept next month at the Detroit Auto Show. The C-HR originally debuted as a concept at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, which was followed by a more production ready concept earlier this year in Geneva. The C-HR concept had its U.S. debut last month at the LA Auto Show, where it dubbed a Scion badge.

When the production version debuts next month, it will give Toyota an entry in the competitive compact crossover segment. The aggressively styled crossover will also reportedly be offered with either a turbocharged engine or a more fuel efficient hybrid powertrain. The turbocharged version is expected to be powered by a small 1.2L engine with around 114 horsepower and 136 lb-ft. of torque, while the hybrid version will borrow the hybrid powertrain from the new Prius.

Stay tuned for all the details from the show next month.
