The reworked 2013 Honda Civic will go on sale on November 29, 2012.
It’s already been confirmed that Honda is planning some significant updates to the 2013 Civic, just one model year after the current generation went on sale. The automotive press wasn’t kind to the 2012 Civic, so Honda has answered its critics with a refresh that should bring updates to the exterior, interior and add more standard content. Honda recently sent a letter to its dealers urging them to quickly sell down their current inventory of 2012 Civics, since once the 2013 model arrives, the 2012 model will be very hard to sell.
Honda hasn’t announced the updates, but the 2013 Civic will go on sale on November 29th. It’s rumored that the 2013 Civic will get a revised face with a new hood and grille and new taillights. Inside the materials will be upgraded and the Civic will be able with more technology like Pandora, SMS text messaging and a backup camera. The November 29th date also coincides with the kick off of the 2012 LA Auto Show, so we should see the updates in person at the show.
