The Cadillac XTS has been around for four years, so it’s time for a refresh of the big sedan. Cadillac hasn’t released any info about the updated 2018 XTS, but the Chinese website, Autohome has leaked two photos.
The XTS serves as the alternative to the flagship CT6 sedan for buyers that don’t want a big sport sedan and instead want a large, comfortable cruiser. The biggest changes we see in these two photos are new headlights and taillights.

Under the skin there may be some bigger changes, like a new 9-speed automatic transmission to replace the current 6-speed. The base 304-hp V6 could also be replaced by the more powerful 3.6L V6 that powers the Buick LaCrosse. Either way expect front-wheel drive to be standard, while all-wheel drive will remain an option.
The restyled 2018 Cadillac XTS will likely debut later this year.
