Last month Chevy unveiled the refreshed 2021 Chevy Traverse, which has received some small styling updates, interior upgrades and more safety tech. Well now its being delayed, likely because of the coronavirus pandemic. The launch of the new Traverse has been delayed until sometime in 2021, which means it will now arrive as a 2022 model.

Inside there’s wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an available 8-inch digital display in front of the driver, and a new two panel sunroof. On the safety front, the 2022 Traverse comes standard with automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist, forward collision alert, and auto high beams.

The updated Traverse isn’t the only model delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, since the updated Chevy Bolt has also been delayed to the 2022 model year.
