Later this year Porsche will introduce its first fully electric car, the Taycan, which will then be followed by the Taycan Cross. If you’re wondering what will be next, a new report claims that a fully electric Porsche Macan is also in the works, which will be the brand’s third electric car.

According to the Financial Times, Porsche is expected to make an announcement, as soon as tomorrow, about the electric Macan. The report also claims that the electric Macan will arrive in 2022.

Not much else is known about the electric Macan, but there’s a chance that it will share its DNA with Audi’s upcoming Q4 e-tron compact electric crossover. Audi is going to give us a preview of the Q4 e-tron as a concept next month at the Geneva Motor Show.
