The Tweet was reportedly posted after a Porsche representative confirmed the Taycan’s debut. US orders are expected to open a month before the debut, but it’s not known how soon buyers will get the Taycan after they place an order. Porsche plans to build 40,000 units a year, but another report claims that the first allotment is already spoken for.
