Porsche has revealed a new version of the Panamera, which is simply called the “Edition.” The Panamera Edition stands out through elegant styling combined with a significantly expanded range of standard equipment.
The exterior of the Panamera Edition gets additional subtle design tones, including high-glossy black trim strips on the side windows. The door handles come in the same color if Porsche Entry & Drive is chosen as an optional feature. The standard 19-inch alloy wheels in Panamera Turbo II design feature wheel hub covers with a colored Porsche crest.
Inside the Panamera Edition also boasts bi-color part-leather upholstery in Black-Luxor Beige with the Porsche crest embossed on all head rests, Sport Design steering wheel, door sill plates with “Edition” lettering and special floor mats. It also gets the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system with a seven-inch touchscreen monitor combines audio, navigation and communication features. A 585 watt Bose Surround Sound System with 14 speakers is also part of the package.
Buyers can choose between a 310-hp six-cylinder or a 300-hp diesel engine (which isn’t available in China). The Panamera 4 Edition features active all-wheel drive with an electronically controlled, map-controlled multi-plate clutch.
The Panamera Edition goes on sale in Germany.
