Yesterday Nissan released the first teaser of the Z Proto, which is a prototype of the next-generation Z and today we have our second teaser from Alfonso Albaisa, Nissan’s Senior Vice President, Global Design.
Albaisa released the second teaser of the Z Proto, which gives us a look at the rear of Nissan’s iconic sports car.
“Projects with huge meaning do not come every day, on top of that, few projects trigger immediate “slide show” memories like Z.”
This is now our third look at the new Z, since Nissan released the first teaser of the new Z a few months ago. The big thing we notice here are taillights that are similar to the 300ZX. There’s also a Z badge on the rear pillar, which is similar to the original Z.
The Nissan Z Proto will debut on September 15. It’s expected that the new Z will be called the 400Z and that it will be powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 with around 400 horsepower.
