A few days ago Nissan announced the pricing for the 2024 Nissan Titan full-size pickup truck, but it didn’t reveal the bigger news about the Titan. It’s been rumored that the Titan would be discontinued and now Nissan has confirmed that it will disappear from its lineup after 2024.
Carscoops got the inside news from an internal company document that stated that production of the Titan is coming to an end. The site also reached out to Nissan for an official confirmation. “Production of the Nissan Titan is scheduled to end summer 2024 at our Canton plant in Mississippi,” Nissan stated.
The good news is that even with the end of the Titan, Nissan will not reduce its workforce at the Canton, Mississippi or Decherd, Tennessee plants that currently support the production of the Titan. Nissan says that it is going to retool the plants to build two new electric vehicles.
