Nissan has unveiled the Lannia concept at the 2014 Beijing Motor Show, which is its latest concept geared towards China’s rising “Post-80s” generation, the “balinghou.”
The Lannia concept’s V-motion grille, boomerang headlamps, distinctive kick-up pillar, and the “floating” roof are all design features from Nissan’s latest design language, which are also seen on the 2015 Murano.

According to Taji Toyota, head of Nissan Design China, the Lannia concept exudes “daqi,” a Chinese word that doesn’t have a direct translation but essentially means it has the strength to push people to aspire towards better things.
Nissan hasn’t announced any production plans.
