Mercedes-AMG has unveiled the new AMG versions of the GLC SUV and GLC Coupe. There will be three versions available, the GLC63 SUV, GLC63 Coupe and GLC63 S Coupe. All three models are powered by a biturbo 4.0L V8 that generates 469 hp in the GLC63 SUV and GLC63 Coupe and 503 hp in the GLC63 S Coupe.

In the GLC63 SUV and Coupe the 4.0L V8 generates 479 lb-ft. of torque, while the GLC63 S Coupe gets 516 lb-ft of torque. 0-60 mph can be achieved in a quick 3.9 seconds in the GLC63 SUV and Coupe, and 3.7 seconds in the GLC63 S Coupe. Other performance upgrades include a 9-speed AMG transmission, an air spring suspension with adaptive, adjustable damping, AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive, a rear-axle limited-slip differential and a high-performance braking system.

The GLC63 models stand out from the lesser powered models with the Panamericana grille, which marks the first time that it is being used on a model besides the AMG GT. There’s also wider wheel arch claddings, new side sill panels, a wider rear bumper and a rear diffuser in grained black. An AMG Night package and AMG Exterior Carbon Fiber are also available.
