Overall the production version of the 4C looks almost identical to the concept version, with the only big changes occurring to the headlights, tallights and mirrors. The 4C will feature a all-carbon fiber monocoque, while the front and rear frames will be made of aluminum. The 4C will be powered by a 1.8L turbocharged four-cylinder engine that is mated to a twin-clutch transmission and that sends its power to the rear wheels. The 1.8L engine is expected to put out around 240 horsepower and will accelerate the mid-engine coupe from 0-62 mph in around 4.5 seconds.

The 4C is expected to go on sale later this year and will debut in the US at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show.
