Mazda is bringing a natural gas-powered version of the new Mazda3, the Mazda3 SKYACTIV-CNG Concept to the Tokyo Motor Show. The natural gas-powered Mazda3 is in response to the growing demand for CNG-powered vehicles.
The Mazda3 SKYACTIV-CNG Concept has a dual fuel system that allows it to run on both gasoline and natural gas. Vehicles with CNG engines reduce emissions by about 20 percent compared to those with gasoline engines of the same displacement.
