Mitsubishi has unveiled the Outlander PHEV Concept-S that is going to debut at the Paris Motor Show.

Mitsubishi has unveiled the Outlander PHEV Concept-S that is going to debut at the Paris Motor Show. The Outlander PHEV Concept-S is based on the Outlander plug-in hybrid, but with sportier styling.
Compared to the production Outlander plug-in hybrid, the Outlander PHEV Concept-S is billed as a special design package with an exterior and interior that are created under a “Sporty and Sophisticated” design theme. On the outside its face features a bolder grille, new headlights and a modified bumper. The rear gets chrome accents and elongated taillights, while the interior gets a black and burgundy color theme.

Under the hood the Outlander PHEV Concept-S is powered by the same plug-in hybrid powertrain as the Outlander plug-in hybrid, which consists of a 2.0L four-cylinder engine and two electric motors.
