Mini is Reportedly Working on a 7-Seater Countryman

According to the latest rumors, Mini is working on an even bigger crossover than the upcoming Countryman.

Auto Express, Mini is working on a seven-seater version of the Countryman that will be aimed to steal sales from the Nissan Qashqai in Europe.

Dr. Wolfgang Armbrecht, global head of MINI brand management, recently stated, “We could take the wheelbase from 2.60m to around 2.70m.”

The Mini Beachcomber Concept that was shown in Detroit early this year has also reportedly been given the green light.
