Mercedes-Benz G65 AMG Headed to the U.S. in 2016 With a $250k Price Tag

It’s being reported that the Mercedes-Benz G65 AMG is going to go on sale in the U.S. for the 2016 model year.

It’s being reported that the Mercedes-Benz G65 AMG is going to go on sale in the U.S. for the 2016 model year. The V12-powered G65 AMG SUV could also arrive with a price tag over $250,000.
The G65 AMG is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0L V12 with 604 horsepower. Currently the most powerful version in the U.S. is the G63 AMG, which has a smaller 536-hp 5.5L V8.

The ultra expensive and exclusive G65 AMG has been on sale in Europe since 2012, but when it arrives here it will be able to take on the upcoming Bentley SUV.
