Under the hood the G-Code is powered by a turbocharged engine that runs on hydrogen and sends its power to the front wheels, while an electric motor powers the rear wheels. The electric motor’s battery can be recharged using a conventional wall outlet, but the G-Code concept also has a new “multi-voltaic” paint that acts like a large solar panel to harness electricity from sunlight. The unique paint also regenerates electrostatic energy as wind is drawn over the surface.
