McLaren has announced that its first ever Hyper-GT, the Speedtail will debut on October 26. McLaren is only going to build 106 examples and of course they are already accounted for with each one carrying a £1.75 million ($2.3 million) price tag.
The McLaren Speedtail is powered by a hybrid drivetrain that delivers over 986 horsepower (1000 PS), which gives it a top speed over 243 mph. McLaren says that it will officially announce the Speedtail’s top speed when it debuts later this month, but we already know that it will be higher than any other McLaren ever produced.
The Speedtail is the first of 18 new models that McLaren is planning to introduce by 2025.
