Maserati recently introduced the excellent MC20 supercar and now it’s getting ready to make it even better with a convertible version. Maserati has announced that the convertible MC20 will be called the MC20 Cielo.

Cielo translates to “sky” in Spanish. “To coincide with today’s International Day of Light, the Trident Brand reveals the name of a car characterized by a special “Sky Feeling”: after all, it remains a convertible,” Maserati said in the announcement.

The MC20 Cielo will debut on May 25. We don’t have any specs or photos yet of the MC20 Cielo, but according to Maserati it will maintain “all the prerogatives of a true super sports car.”
