The 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show has officially kicked off and that means we’re going to see plenty of stylish new models, like the 2021 Lexus LC 500 Convertible.

The LC 500 Convertible adds a new option to the LC lineup for buyers that love the seductive styling of the coupe, but also want the open air feeling that only a convertible can provide. The LC 500 features a soft top that includes a tonneau cover for when it is stored. The four layer soft top tries to retain the sleek roofline of the coupe, but in addition to the soft top the LC 500 Convertible also stands out from the coupe with its unique trunk, which Lexus describes as a “kicked up” design.

The 2021 LC 500 Convertible is powered by the same 5.0-liter V8 as the coupe that’s mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. The naturally aspirated V8 generates 471 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque.
