At its recent national dealer meeting in Los Angeles, Lexus confirmed that a convertible version of the 467-hp RC F is in the works.
A convertible version of the standard RC coupe wasn’t announced, but it makes sense as a replacement for the aged IS C convertible. Lexus also confirmed plans to introduce a GS F model that will take styling cues from the RC F and will even borrow the same 5.0L V8.

A date for the RC F convertible and GS F haven’t been announced, although there have been rumors about a 2016 introduction for the GS F.
