A few months ago Jeep tried to steal some of the Ford Bronco’s thunder with the V8-powered Wrangler 392 concept. Jeep also hinted that the Hemi-powered Wrangler was headed to production by even allowing the media the chance to get behind the wheel. Well now the good news is that Jeep has officially confirmed that it’s coming.

Jeep has released a teaser video of the V8-powered Wrangler on Twitter with the statement, “some concepts are so powerful they storm in reality. Preproduction model shown. Available 2021.”

Since it’s going to arrive next year, we shouldn’t have to wait too long to get all the official details. We expect it to be powered by a 6.4-liter Hemi V8, but we’ll have to wait and see how much if it still has the same 450 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque as the concept.
