Jaguar is reportedly going to reveal the production version of the Jaguar I-Pace electric car this fall at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The concept only debuted last year, but the production version isn’t expected to be very far off.

According to Ian Callum, Jaguar’s design chief, the styling of the concept is about 80 percent production ready, which means that the production version shouldn’t be too different. The powertrain should also be pretty close to the concept with its two electric motors that generate a total 395 horsepower. The I-Pace will also have a driving range of at least 300 miles.

Charging the I-Pace will take about 90 minutes to get to 80 percent and it will be fully charged in about two hours on a 50kW DC fast charger.

Jaguar hasn’t given us any pricing details, but Auto Express reports that it will cost about 10-15 percent more than an equivalent F-Pace SUV.
