It’s been rumored several times that Jaguar is going to release an electric SUV and now it’s given the world a preview with the I-Pace concept. The I-Pace concept is a preview of the new Jaguar’s new electric SUV that will arrive by the second half of 2018.
While it’s labeled as a concept, the I-Pace is a pretty close look at the production version that is going to debut sometime next year. The five-passenger I-Pace concept borrows styling cues from Jaguar’s latest models, like the F-Pace SUV, but thanks to its cab-forward design, the I-Pace’s interior has space that is on par with much larger SUVs.

The I-Pace is powered by two electric motors that generate a total 394 horsepower and give the concept a 0-60 mph time around four seconds. Thanks to a 90 kWh battery, the concept can also travel around 220 miles between charges.
