The last time we drove the Hyundai Veloster N we loved it and now Hyundai has added a new 8-speed dual-clutch transmission to the options list. Now we’ve learned how much the pricing for the 2021 Veloster N will start at, $33,245, which is $4,670 more expensive than last year’s model. While that might seem shocking, there’s a good reason why it’s now more expensive.

2021 Hyundai Veloster N

CarsDirect has received an order guide for the 2021 Hyundai Veloster N. Compared to last year’s Veloster N, the 2021 model is more expensive since Hyundai has made many of the previous options now standard. Last year’s $2,100 Performance Package, which added more power under the hood, 19-inch wheels, a limited-slip differential, and better brakes is now standard. There are also more driver assistance features like automatic emergency braking that are now standard too.

Inside there’s also an 8-inch touchscreen navigation system.

The new 8-speed DCT can be added for $1,500, which brings the price for the 275-hp 2021 Veloster N to $34,745, which may seem like a lot, but it it’s now fully loaded.
