Hyundai has unveiled the updated 2019 Hyundai Tucson today at the New York Auto Show. The biggest updates to the 2019 Tucson include the adoption of Hyundai’s cascading grille, some interior updates and more tech.
On the outside the front fascia gets Hyundai’s signature cascading grille and Daytime Running LED headlights. The rear gets updated taillights design and the 2019 Tucson gets 18-inch alloy wheels for the SEL trim and redesigned 17- and 19-inch wheels for the other trims levels. Lastly a new shark-fin antenna is also standard for all trims.
Inside the 2019 Tucson gets Qi wireless charging for your cell phone and the center stack and instrument panel have been slightly tweaked.
On the safety front the 2019 Tucson comes standard with Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist and Lane Keeping Assist. Smart Cruise Control, High Beam Assist and a Surround View Monitor are optional.
