Honda hasn’t unveiled the production version of its new compact crossover, but these new leaked patent photos show that it won’t change a lot from the concept.
Earlier this year Honda gave the world a preview of its new compact crossover with the debut of the Urban SUV concept. The small crossover shares its platform with the Honda Fit and is going to arrive in the US in 2014. Honda hasn’t unveiled the production version, but these new leaked patent photos show that it won’t change a lot from the concept.
We still don’t know what the compact SUV will be called, but it will be smaller than the CR-V and will be powered by an engine lineup that will use Honda’s new Earth Dreams technology. Fans of the Fit’s rear Magic Seat will be happy to hear that the crossover will also get the same configurable rear seat.
Expect to see the production version debut very soon.
