Ford has announced the updates to the 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E electric crossover and the big news is that the California Route 1 model has an EPA estimated-range of 314 miles with the extended range battery and rear-wheel drive. That’s an improvement from the 2021 version with its 305 mile range.

The 2022 Mustang Mach-E gets a small increase in usable battery capacity. The standard range now has 70 kWh usable energy and the extended range now has 91 kWh usable energy.

The 2022 Mustang Mach-E California Route 1 model is now available with all-wheel drive and has standard heated seats and steering wheel. Ford has also updated the color options with Grabber Blue Metallic and Cyber Orange Metallic Tri-Coat are now available on all models, plus a new Iced Blue Silver Metallic.

The pricing for the 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E starts at $43,895.
