Here’s some good news if you were a big fan of the Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat. Dodge has announced that it’s bringing back the beast for the 2023 model year. It was first introduced just for the 2021 model year as a one-year-only model.

2023 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat

“The Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat has generated a crazy amount of enthusiasm and demand since it was introduced in 2020 — we even extended its initial production run — so it seemed appropriate to bring back the most powerful SUV ever as part of our historic 2023 model-year Dodge lineup,” said Tim Kuniskis, Dodge brand chief executive officer – Stellantis.

Just like before, it’s powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V8 with 710 horsepower and 645 pound-feet of torque. Thanks to all that power it can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds, reach the quarter-mile in 11.5 seconds, and has a top speed of 180 mph. The Durango SRT Hellcat can also tow up to 8,700 pounds.

Dodge says that it will start taking orders for the 2023 Durango SRT Hellcat in September and the first deliveries will start in early 2023.
