Cadillac has apparently confirmed that the high-performance Cadillac ATS-V is going to debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this year. The ATS-V will go head to head with models like the BMW M3 and Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG.
At this point it’s still not known what will power the ATS-V, but it’s rumored to get the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 from the CTS. If that’s true, then we can expect the ATS-V to have somewhere around 420 horsepower, which is almost identical to the M3’s 425 horsepower.

The ATS-V will initially launch as a sedan, but sometime in 2015 an ATS-V Coupe will debut.
